# Match Ready: Rugby > Match Ready: Rugby (App Store name "Match Ready: Rugby Training") is a strength and conditioning app for adult (18+) amateur rugby union players in the UK, made by ARX Algorithms Ltd. It plans gym sessions around the player's club training nights and fixtures, by position (six position groups, lineout roles for forwards), and adjusts each session from a daily check-in of 3 jumps plus wellness taps (green, amber or red). It includes a head injury return that follows England Rugby's HEADCASE/GRAS timeline (it never says "cleared"; a doctor decides return to play), pain and red-flag guidance, an Activate-style warm-up built on the same evidence as World Rugby's Activate programme, neck, shoulder and scrum work, a 35+ masters setting and estimated or true 1RM. Price: £12.99 a month or £79.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial on yearly only. Head injury, pain, illness and support tools are always free. Status: coming soon to the App Store and Google Play (not yet live as of 25 October 2026). Key facts: - Adults 18+ only in version 1. - Session lengths: 45, 60 or 75 minutes, gym or home (full no-gym pathway). - Full-contact minutes log after club sessions; World Rugby's professional contact guidance is shown as reference only. - No injury predictions or risk labels. The app never claims an exercise prevents injury or concussion. - Author and coach: Aaron Parry, qualified S&C coach (RAF Rugby, Peterborough Rugby, S&L RFC; Northampton Saints Community; placements with Bedford Blues and Newcastle Falcons). - Company: ARX Algorithms Ltd, company no. 17511371 (England and Wales).
