Partner terms
Last updated 26 October 2026. These terms apply to clubs, gyms and others we accept as Match Ready: Rugby partners.
1. Who we are
The scheme is run by ARX Algorithms Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17511371, registered office Office 21751, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. Contact: [email protected].
2. Becoming a partner
Partners are set up by us; there’s no self sign-up. We give you a link, a code and a private statement page. Keep the statement link private: anyone with it can see your totals.
3. What you earn
- You earn 25% of the net proceeds we receive from each adult (18+) player linked to you. Net proceeds means the price paid, less VAT and the app store’s fee (we use the store’s figures where we have them; otherwise the price ÷ 1.2 × 0.85).
- You earn for 12 months from the player’s first paid store payment. Payments after that don’t earn.
- The free month a player gets through you earns nothing, because nothing is paid for it.
- A player is linked to the first partner they join through, before their first purchase. We don’t change it later.
- Players under 18 never earn you anything, and nothing about them is shown to you.
4. Holding period and refunds
- Each amount becomes payable 60 days after the store payment it comes from, in case of refunds.
- If a payment is refunded before we’ve paid you for it, that amount is cancelled.
- If it’s refunded after we’ve paid you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
5. Payment
- We work out payouts on the 1st of each month and pay by bank transfer soon after.
- The minimum payout is £25. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
- Amounts are in pounds sterling. You’re responsible for any tax due on what you receive. Tell us your bank details by email or phone when we first pay you; we don’t keep them on our servers.
6. How you promote the app
- No spam: share your link with your own players, members and followers, not with people who haven’t asked to hear from you.
- No misleading claims. Don’t say the app prevents injury or concussion, gives medical advice, or is endorsed by the RFU, World Rugby or anyone it isn’t.
- Don’t pay or reward players to sign up, and don’t sign up accounts yourself.
- Don’t bid on “Match Ready” in search adverts or use our name in a way that suggests you are us.
If these rules are broken, or we see sign-ups that look fraudulent, we may withhold the amounts concerned and end the partnership.
7. Ending the partnership
Either of us can end the partnership by giving 30 days’ notice by email. Amounts you earned before it ended are still paid under these terms, including the 60-day hold and the £25 minimum (we’ll pay a final balance under £25 on request).
8. Data
You see totals only: sign-ups, paying players and money. You never receive players’ names, emails or other personal data. We handle personal data as set out in our privacy policy. We hold your contact name and email to run the scheme.
9. Changes and law
We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email; changes don’t affect amounts already earned. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
